Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison. “Mosquito” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.) **Note: for 2025 and beyond, we are replacing the futon with a standard couch. This cabin will no longer a have futon. This value-priced, rustic style log cabin is a favorite with returning guests. It offers one small bedroom and an additional bed out in the main room of the cabin. There is a spacious kitchen and sitting area in the living room. Outside the front door is a small grassy area with a picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. It also borders the playground so perfect for families. Parking is limited to one vehicle. • Approximately 480 square feet • One full size bed in bedroom, queen size bed and a standard couch • Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap • Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries • Parking limited to 1 vehicle (Additional vehicles and trailers may require parking separate from the cabin. Fees may apply.) All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional $20/night/dog, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.
