The home comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 living and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom upstairs with en-suite and views of Golf Course. Second and third bedroom downstairs, living space upstairs and second area to chill down stairs. Open plan living / dining upstairs with balcony , BBQ, outdoor seating and dining with TV, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, cook top, electric oven and pantry. Bathroom downstairs has a deep floating bath, shower and separate toilet.
