The unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. Dubai Marina is renowned for its luxury lifestyle, upscale dining, and scenic waterfront. Explore top attractions, including the vibrant Marina Mall, just a 6-minute drive away, or hop on the tram to easily navigate the area and discover all that Dubai Marina and JBR have to offer. The apartment offers a spacious dining and sitting area with smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at JBR beach. Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost. ⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations. ⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning. ⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance. ⋆ Building Facilities: Access to facilities is complimentary and will be provided by the concierge. Access cards will only be provided subject to availability.
