CONSTRUCTION NOTICE- Balcony Restoration Project – 1800 Atlantic Start Date: May 2025-Estimated Completion: Spring 2026 Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026. Important Notes: -Units available for booking will not be under construction. -All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project. Poolside Breeze is a nicely decorated two bedroom 1st floor condominium with an excellent location very close to the pool. Poolside Breeze has an extra large floor plan with an extensive private balcony. Gorgeous new Kitchen renovated in 2018. Both bedrooms and the living room feature sliding glass doors that open on to the private balcony overlooking the lush tropical courtyard of 1800 Atlantic.
