A few steps away, the dining table for six sits ready for shared meals, board games, or late-night snacks after a show on the Strip. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Walk in unit with no steps. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. • This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. • Portable crib provided. • Long-term stays allowed. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
