This bathroom includes a glass enclosed shower with a three inch step to enter. There is no bench seating or grab rails. GUEST COTTAGE This is a single room studio with several exterior steps to enter and no interior stairs. 🪜 First Floor Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds on a built in frame 🛁 Bathroom 2: Full bathroom located within the studio space. 🌴 Outdoor Area The carriage house and guest cottage share one private outdoor area that is fully separate from the main house via a fence. The space includes the hot tub, patio with dining and BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and outdoor fire pit.
