Windward Pointe is a premier gulf-front development in the heart of Orange Beach, AL! Unit 804 is well-appointed, consisting of 1260 SF & 3 BR/2 BA. Features: comfortable furniture, magnificent views, large balcony, Wi-Fi, washer/ dryer, & a well-equipped kitchen. King bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the BR #2, two full beds in BR #3, & a sleeper-sofa in the living area. Furnished for comfort in the 1,260 sq. ft. condo is tastefully decorated to provide all the comforts of home in a relaxed, beachside tropical setting. The inviting living area features a sofa, loveseat, and three accent chairs, along with a large flat-screen TV and direct access to the private balcony—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The well-equipped island kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals or snacks with ease. Unit 804 is located on the 8th floor, overlooking both the pool and the Gulf. From the spacious, furnished balcony, you can watch the kids enjoy the pool or take in spectacular views of the beach and emerald waters. The current parking fee is $50 per vehicle per stay (subject to change per HOA), with a maximum of two vehicles allowed on site. If you have a third vehicle, off-site parking is available at our office located directly across from the complex for $50 per stay. 🏖️ Beach Items Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear are not provided. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a third-party beach service for daily or weekly rental, or you are welcome to bring your own. For convenience, a Dollar General is located across the street and carries a great selection of beach essentials. 🧼 Starter Supplies Provided The condo includes a starter supply of the following items: One roll of toilet paper per bathroom One bar of soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom One roll of paper towels Dish rag Laundry detergent for one load One dishwasher detergent One trash bag per trash can These items are not replenished during your stay. Guests staying longer than 2–3 days should plan to purchase additional supplies. 🧳 Recommended Items to Bring To ensure a comfortable stay, we suggest bringing: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and any personal items you prefer. ❄️ Refrigerator Tip Your check-in day is often a same-day turnover. The refrigerator may need time to fully cool and may not handle large amounts of warm food immediately. Please leave non-perishable items on the counter or in coolers and avoid overfilling. The refrigerator may take up to 12 hours to reach optimal temperature. 🌬️ Air Conditioning Guidelines On very hot days (90°+), the A/C system may not cool more than 20 degrees below the outside temperature. Please do not set the thermostat excessively low, as this may cause the unit to freeze and shut down.
