A boot room for ski storage is available in the building, along with laundry facilities for washing and drying clothes. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. During the summer season, ALL cable cars and buses in Saas-Fee, Saas-Almagell and Saas-Grund are included in the rental rate (excluding Metro Alpin and summer skiing).
