Remodeled just last year! Sure to be the coolest condo in Angel Fire! 😎 This fun rendezvous is nestled in the woods of the Pinetree Commons complex. It's only 2 blocks from the AF Resort. Close to skiing, biking, hiking, golf and more! Grab a drink and enjoy one of the 2 outdoor balconies or cozy up by the fire. The interior is fun and inviting... with eclectic murals and decor offering a different experience than anything in the area! Perfect for families/friend groups! 😊 You are going to LOVE what we have done to this condo!!! We had so much fun with it! From it's custom painted murals and artwork- to some of its funky decor - it is still sophisticated and cozy...but definitely one of a kind! "Alpine Breeze" is located less than two blocks from the ski area in the Pinetree Commons division. It was already amazing and the location is great - but we took it to another level with this remodel!! We offer 2 private bedrooms within the space. Bedroom one has a California King bed, 55" smart TV, large closet, and it's own electric fireplace. This room also has its own private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Please note that the sink for the bathroom is located in the bedroom area (see pics) and not inside the private bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed, 55" TV, and closet. Both bedrooms have their own private balcony access! They adjoin and have their own seating areas. All bedroom (and LR sofa sleeper) nighstands have their own "charging stations" (Plug in/usb ports.) The living room features a brand new queen sized sofa sleeper. There is also a rollout bed in the master closet that can be placed in the main living area to accommodate another guest. The main living area has a smart 65" TV with cable channels and a cozy fireplace. There is also access to another larger private balcony with outdoor seating/dining area overlooking the surrounding forested areas. The bar seating along the railing gives you a direct view of the any wildlife that wanders through the area. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine out as deer are frequent visitors! 🦌 There is a full bathroom (shower with tub, toilet and vanity) accessible from the main area. (Wait till you see how fun this room is!) The kitchen has all the amenities to cook or prepare meals - stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, croc pot, dishes and utensils all right there for your convenience. There is also a small coffee bar area with coffee and to-go cups (in case you are on the run and haven't finished your cup! Coffee is important!) Wifi is free and laundry access is available within the Pinetree complex. Within the complex is also a shared outdoor BBQ and picnic area in the summer months for any of our guests to use if they wish to grill out. You will also find a couple sleds in the closet that you are welcome to have fun with in the winter months! Summer and winter there is so much to do here! Staying at "Alpine Breeze" would be the icing on the cake. It's great for families or a couples/friends getaway! We, unfortunately, cannot allow pets at this location. So sorry! 😞 This condo is located less than 2 blocks from the Angel Fire ski area in the Pinetree Commons division. 4WD or chains are recommended in the winter months in case of slick conditions since the road to the condo complex does go uphill. Walking trails that lead to the slopes or to restaurants are close by. Tons of bike trails, hiking, a golf course and two lakes for fishing are also just a short drive away. Taos and Red River are also fun to ski in the winter months or explore in the summer months and can make an easy day trip. This is a 3rd story condo unit. Please be aware that you will need to climb stairs to get inside. While the Pinetree Commons complex does it's best to keep the surrounding parking areas clear, it does not remove snow or ice from the stairway areas or any outdoor balcony/deck areas. During winter months there is always a chance that these areas may be affected by winter precipitation. We just want to give an honest heads up for the unpredictable winter months! 😊
