Then, the three sleeping wings each with beautifully appointed bedding and more views of Lake Tahoe allow families to retreat to their private spaces for quiet time, reading, relaxing, and the best night's sleep you can imagine. The kitchen is everything any gourmet enthusiast would desire. The Viking range, double refrigerators, double ovens, double dishwashers, and full range of cooking supplies make it a cook's and entertainer's dream! If you need to sneak in some work (or just want to post photos for your envious friends), the home is equipped with a work area and WiFi throughout the house. Four flat screen televisions offer prime home entertainment. Step outside and a wooded pathway leads to your own dock, a short mile down the shore from Sunnyside Resort with its boat rentals and water ski lessons. Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are within a 15-minute drive. The shops and restaurants of downtown Tahoe City are just minutes away. Return home to enjoy a soak in the hot tub with a glass of wine, and soothe sore muscles from your day's activities. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order.
