We are delighted to welcome you to our apartment in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. It's on the 7th floor with an elevator. Ideally located, this apartment offers you privileged access to the hidden treasures of the City of Light. You'll be just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe, Paris's most emblematic monument; Square Thomas Jefferson and the Bois de Boulogne, popular spots for picnics and relaxation. The neighborhood is also home to such renowned landmarks as the Palais Galliera and the Palais de Tokyo, a center for modern and contemporary art, as well as the Musée Yves Saint Laurent. This location means you can explore Paris on foot or by public transport. You can easily reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the city's various emblematic sites: the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre Museum, the Sacré Coeur ... This cosy apartment welcomes you to a tranquil setting, combining Parisian charm with modern amenities. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study or internships. The 16th arrondissement is mainly residential, with a calm, middle-class atmosphere. It features wide tree-lined avenues, elegant Haussmann buildings and private mansions. Parts of the 16th district offer breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, and the area is within walking distance of the Trocadero, a popular spot for its iconic tower views.
