Ideal for a group looking for space, comfort and location. Living, Dining & Kitchen The open floor plan features 2 sets of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that can be opened to extend the space. The sitting area is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and a coffee table facing a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV for downtime between activities. The stylish glass dining table with 6 comfortable chairs is set near the sliding doors so you can dine with a view or step outside to people watch. The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances and everything you'd need to prepare meals at home — a great money saver if you're on a budget or handy if you follow a special diet. There's also a breakfast bar with 2 stools that can double as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Three comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms accommodate up to 5 guests: Bedroom 1: 1 King bed Bedroom 2: 2 Single/individual beds Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed Outdoor Amenities The second set of sliding glass doors opens to a private balcony with a hammock — the perfect spot to relax outdoors with a book and a beverage. **Please note that the jetted spa is out of service until further notice** - Please note that children under 15 are not allowed on this property. - All guests listed on the reservation need to provide a copy of a valid government ID before arrival and will be required to show the same ID at check-in. - The loss of access bracelets incurs an additional fee of $15 USD per lost bracelet. - Please note that the security booth at the entrance gate of the residential area may request guest identification at any time. - The loss of the garage remote control incurs an additional $150 USD fee. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Daytime visitors are not permitted. A penalty fee will apply for unauthorized visitors. - Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. There are weekly and monthly electricity charges. The electricity fee per week is $65 USD, and per month is $250 USD. - Guests will need to climb stairs. - Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, bath towels, and parking are included in your stay. - We provide some basic bath essentials like soap, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper. We also provide basic home essentials like soap, paper towels, and extra trash bags. These items, however, are not replenished. - Please note that there may be potential for noise as the apartment is located in the city center. - There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange for the unit to be cleaned during your stay, the service can be arranged at an additional charge. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform. The fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be 21 or older to book. No guests under 15. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and no recreational drug use is permitted on the property. A $300 fee applies for violations. - No parties or events, and no excessive noise or illegal activity. No loud music after 10 pm — please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay, and for extra cleaning charges if needed after checkout. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID at check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. Services such as water and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding. Occasional Power Outages: Please note that occasional, brief power outages may occur in the area, particularly during the rainy season. These interruptions are generally temporary and are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding should one occur during your stay.
