In winter, guests can enjoy the well-prepared cross-country ski trails located right next to the property. In summer, the area is perfect for hiking along mountain trails surrounded by forests and the soothing sound of mountain streams. The apartment consists of a kitchen connected to the dining area, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. **Rooms:** **Living room:** Large dining table with four chairs, TV, large double sofa bed, and coffee table. Decorative elements complement the interior. The living room provides access to a terrace overlooking the mountains and garden. **Kitchenette:** Modern kitchen units with a refrigerator, induction hob, sink, and microwave.
