On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a large living room that invites you to relax, with two large armchairs, a comfortable sofa, a fireplace and a television, perfect for unwinding. The spacious dining room is ideal for enjoying convivial meals, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hob and toaster. A large master bedroom with private shower room and toilet completes this floor. Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms, all equipped with double beds for a peaceful rest, as well as a shower room with toilet for added convenience. The basement offers a children's area with a lounge, an additional television and a table football for hours of entertainment. Outside, a large landscaped garden awaits you to enjoy the fresh Normandy air.
