The property is located in Ormos Koumeikon a small village in which within a walking distance you can find all you need from traditional taverns, cafes to artisan bakeries and pharmacies. Only 200m to the sandy Balos beach for umnforgettable swims! Just 2km from the village of Koumeika with plenty more things to see such as authentic restaurants and the Ethnographic museum. There are plenty of beaches with crystal clear waters in less than a ten minute drive around such as 2.7km from the astounding Kaldakia Beach, 3.8km Kampos Skoureikon beach, 4.5km from Perri beach, 5.2km from Marmara beach and 5.5km from Paralia Ormou Marathokabou. Samos city is around 40km, just under an hour by car from the property and the airport is 26km away An ideal destination for nature lovers who love swimming!
