The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm til 8am * Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Surveillance or recording devices on property (external areas) * Returning the keys with delay (check-out time is up to 10h00) can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
