Non-refundable pet deposit of $92 per pet will apply. •Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants; Fines up to $300 may be imposed for exceeding the guest occupancy. •Must be 25 years old to reserve this home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times.
