In the summer months, Northstar becomes a hiker's paradise with tons of trails for all levels to explore, and a world-class mountain bike facility. For more hiking options, check out Tahoe Rim Trail, which offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Kings Beach has white sand beaches with every watercraft rental imaginable, supermarkets, boutique shopping, spas, yoga, and a wide variety of restaurants. Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used. If you are renting this home from April until the first snowfall, there are NO fires allowed in Lake Tahoe. Please note that grills and outdoor furniture are not available during the months of November to April due to snow.
