Welcome to Paris ! We are delighted to welcome you to our fully-equipped 34m2 flat, which sleeps 2 people. Our bright, modern flat is located between Porte Maillot, Parc Monceau, Place des Ternes and Place de L'Etoile. Located close to various metro stations, it is ideal for both business and leisure travellers. Our apartment is eligible for mobility lease. Located in the 17th arrondissement, strategically positioned between Porte Maillot, Place de l'Etoile, and Place des Ternes, making it an ideal location. Situated near the Palais des Congrès de Paris, a state-of-the-art congress center, Porte Maillot is a major economic hub of the capital. This iconic venue regularly hosts international events, professional exhibitions, and world-renowned shows, making Porte Maillot an essential meeting place for professionals from around the globe. Also, enjoy the proximity to the Bois de Boulogne, one of the largest green spaces in Paris, offering a breath of fresh air in the heart of the city. It can accommodate 2 people and comprises : - A functional, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. - A bright living area with a sofa, television, and a table for dining and/or working. - A comfortable and pleasant sleeping area with a double bed and storage space for organizing personal belongings. From the living room and sleeping area, you have access to the balcony with a dining table and seating. - A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, towel warmer, and a washing machine. - A separate toilet for added privacy. - Numerous storage spaces are available throughout the apartment. - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Television and high-speed internet connection (WiFi) for staying connected. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
