Welcome to Paris! We're delighted to welcome you to our bright 63m2 apartment near the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, with a unique view of the Eiffel Tower! Our apartment is located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement in the Pereire district, an emblematic crossroads linking several of Paris' major avenues. The streets adjacent to the apartment are full of boutiques, local shops, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. The neighborhood is lively yet retains a pleasant residential atmosphere. Explore the cobblestone streets of this popular neighborhood, a 12-minute walk from the magnificent Parc Monceau, and soak up the authentic atmosphere of Paris. The apartment's accessibility is a strong point. The surrounding metro stations and especially the RER C will make it easy for you to get around, with direct access to the Opéra Garnier, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame de Paris and the Jardin des Plantes. Our beautifully refurbished apartment is located on the 8th floor with elevator, offering height, brightness and a superb view of the Eiffel Tower and Paris rooftops from the balcony. Thanks to its exposure, the apartment is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It comprises: - An open, functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven. - A 27m2 living room with sofa, dining table, TV and 6m2 balcony with table for relaxing. You'll love its south-facing aspect! - A 12m2 bedroom with a double sofa bed, closet and en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin. Access to the balcony from the bedroom. - A second 22m2 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, storage space, television and private 6m2 balcony. - Bathroom with bathtub, shower and washbasin. - Separate WC and washbasin The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. - Storage space - Bed linen and towels are provided. - High-speed Internet connection (WiFi) For stays of 3 months or more, we can put a double bed in the bedroom instead of the sofa bed. This apartment is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study or internships. A dynamic and diverse arrondissement, the 17th is made up of three major districts, each as different as the next: the chic, shopping district of Les Ternes; the very residential district of Monceau, one of the most bourgeois in Paris; and the famous district of Les Batignolles, a lively working-class village that has been undergoing major change in recent years with the recent construction of the Palais de Justice.
