This is a beautiful two storey holiday home within close walking distance of the Encounter Bay boat ramp, The Bluff and Encounter Bike way and Walking Track. Enjoy the exquisite views of the bay while enjoying a beautiful meal and glass of your favourite drop at Whalers Seaside Dining. Downstairs: There is a large games room with pool table and piano that accesses the outdoor deck. This area has a split system air conditioner. A lounge/playroom including a TV, games and sofas. Laundry and kitchenette including a washing machine, dryer, 2nd fridge, kettle and toaster. Bedroom three has a queen bed and is light and bright. Bedroom four has two single bunk beds and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Upstairs: Open plan living dining, kitchen with extensive glass to take in the views of the sea. In the kitchen there is a pantry, electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, coffee making. The lounge area has a TV and comfy seating. There is dining for ten people inside or enjoy the outdoor setting whilst cooking a BBQ on the deck and enjoying the views. Reverse cycle split system air conditioner.
