Maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests. Children must be supervised around the hot tub and any pool at all times, and use is at your own risk. Please tell us about any damage or breakage during your stay so we can put it right. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM; please be mindful of neighbors. The minimum age to book is 18. ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the Smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you before check-in. ✹ No smoking on-site. ✹ Please run the dishwasher, take out the trash, and clean up any toys and games before checking out. ✹ Failure to follow the rules or check-out instructions will result in a $200 fine. For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee. Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.
