Good to know
Children must be supervised around the hot tub and any pool at all times, and use is at your own risk. Free parking is available right on the property, with additional free street parking nearby for a second vehicle. Traveling with an EV? This cabin has an on-site Level 2 EV charger, so you can plug in overnight and wake up to a full charge before heading to Dollywood or the national park — no detour to a public charger required. We want you to relax, so the rules here are more "be a good neighbor" than fine print. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM, giving our team time to reset the cabin. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Dogs are welcome, though the hot tub and deck don't have a gate, so keep an eye on kids and pets around both. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed throughout. Starting November 1, guests must submit a valid ID and sign a rental agreement through our secure software — quick, and just to confirm who's staying with us. Treat the cabin like your own and you'll always be welcome back. For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee.

Guest Access
Check-in is self-service: a keypad on the front door gives you a private code for the length of your stay, so there's no key exchange and no waiting around after a long drive. Once you're in, the entire cabin is yours — every level, the kitchen, each bedroom and bathroom, the laundry area, and both decks. Early check-in may be available if the cabin's ready ahead of schedule; we'll confirm the night before.
