The private bathroom is complete with all amenities. The open-plan living room and kitchen provide a pleasant environment to relax and enjoy your stay. For your convenience, the flat includes a washing machine, dishwasher, television, and Wi-Fi. In the heart of Porto, the flat is located on Rua de Álvares Cabral, an iconic street with a rich history and vibrant atmosphere. Just a few steps away, on Rua de Cedofeita (about 300 metres), you will find a variety of shops, from fashion boutiques to craft and antique shops. Indulge in the local cuisine at nearby restaurants and cafés. For your daily shopping, a supermarket is conveniently located within walking distance. Cedofeita paid parking is also nearby, making your stay easier. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon consultation. The tenant undertakes to, whenever requested by the host, allow a staff member to enter the property to carry out inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a cost limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (please consult us for the price).
