On the ground level floor there is an oversized hot tub for 7 people, a spacious fully equipped ski room w/ boot warmers, and a 5 car garage. Too tired to walk? On top of all that, the home comes fully equipped with all the essentials to make your trip a breeze. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, trash bags, dish soap, spices, and the list goes on. The kitchen is equipped with just about every thing you could ask for: multiple coffee makers, 2x fridge/freezers, 2x ovens, 10 burner dual range w/ commercial hood, 2x dishwasher, 2x sinks, microwave, toaster oven, slow cooker, massive amounts of counter space, walk in pantry, and just about every cooking dish/pot/pan/utensil you can think of. If you get a bit overwhelmed, just ask us for a recommendation for a private chef to come do all the cooking and cleaning for you and your family! The house is right in the thick of 'Old Town'. CANCELLATION POLICY: We allow cancellations up to 90 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a 3% cancellation fee on any deposits paid via credit card. Our payment processor does not refund the credit card fee, so we simply ask guests to cover that expense in the event they need to cancel more than 90 days before. In the event you need to cancel less than 90 days out, we will do our best to rent the house back out and will refund you the difference if we are able to get a booking over your dates.
