This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a first-floor, walk-in unit with 2 steps required to gain access. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Indoor pool is open year round. • Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA.
