Discover Douro Dream View, a charming house in Vila Nova de Gaia with spectacular views over the Douro River and Porto. Ideal for families or groups, this house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all modern amenities. Enjoy the proximity to local attractions and immerse yourself in Portuguese culture. Upon entering, you will find three well-designed bedrooms: an en-suite with a bathtub, a mezzanine bedroom that includes a functional workspace and a balcony with views, and a cosy double bedroom. A spacious walk-in wardrobe and an additional bathroom with elegant design complete the private area, ensuring comfort and privacy. The living area features a large living room with a dining table for memorable meals, a guest WC for added convenience, and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and well-organised storage space. The stunning panoramic views over the city of Porto are a highlight throughout the house, and the terrace, with its outdoor space, is ideal for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The house also offers a private garage with capacity for three cars, a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, electric radiators for efficient heating, a Smart TV for entertainment, and high-speed Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity. Discover vibrant Vila Nova de Gaia, home to our apartment, with the famous Jardim do Morro just steps away, the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and stunning views over the Dom Luís I Bridge and Porto’s Ribeira. Within a few minutes’ walk, you will find the world-famous Port Wine Cellars, such as Casa Ferreirinha and Cálem, offering memorable tastings where you can learn about the production process and the history of this iconic wine. Jardim do Morro Metro Station is only a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to all attractions, including Porto’s historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy relaxing walks along the riverside boardwalk, with direct access to nearby beaches such as Praia de Lavadores, ideal for a sunny day by the sea. The area also offers a wide selection of supermarkets, restaurants serving local and international cuisine, and lively bars, ensuring a complete and unforgettable stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied. If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest. The tenant is required to allow entry to a staff member for property inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request). In order to make Vila Nova de Gaia more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.50 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
