This state park is not open to the public due to lack of state funding. It is at the end of a dead end road. So far we have seen the following: deer, turkey, river otter, and blue herring. We get 3 bars on our cell phones sitting at the river and have very fast internet fiber internet. Dogs are 35.00 per night, per dog and must stay on leash and out of water. We cannot get wet dog smell out of the furniture in time for next guest check in. Each individual after 4 people is charged $35.00 per day, whether they stay overnight or not.
