In the apartment you will find unlimited high-speed internet, ensuite washer and dryer and a smart TV for your enjoyment! Any guests wishing to use the pull-out couch or murphy bed MUST notify us more than 24hr in advance that they would like the bed made up upon arrival. If you do not explicitly notify us in advance, the bed will not be made for your arrival. The apartment supports sustainable, environmentally friendly tourism with recycling containers, reusable shopping bags and refillable soaps/shampoos to reduce the impact of your stay. Below the apartment is a children's daycare, that can be heard during the daytime. We ask guests to be mindful of this. This quiet and private location is perfect for small group travel. There is plenty of free street parking on all the nearby streets, surrounding the property. Please note this apartment is available to rent for 30+ nights at a time. While there is no dedicated parking with electrical plugs available , however guests may park across the street in the adjacent parking lot. Travelling with kids?
