PLEASE READ BELOW FOR LINEN POLICY 1st FLOOR Walk into your large open space which includes an open kitchen, living room, ding table and a wonderfully furnished, walk out front porch and convenient half bath powder room. The views from the front deck look directly towards the 9th Street causeway (perfect for taking in all the gorgeous sunsets). The open cook’s kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal. The living room has a large flat screen, designer furniture (electric recliners), and fireplace. There is a full laundry room and lots of closet space. There is also a super convenient closed in private outdoor shower hidden away under the front deck. 2nd FLOOR Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large Primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full with a twin pull out trundle bed. All rooms have Smart TVs. LOWER LEVEL (The Lounge) Located on the bottom / garage level is a finished 1,000 square foot finished lounge. Relax by yourself with a movie or have a game night with family and friends.
