Enjoy the proximity to tourist attractions and immerse yourself in the city's unique atmosphere. The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed, ideal for a peaceful rest. The living room, with an inviting sofa and a dining table, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying social moments. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals. The bathroom, complete with all amenities, ensures your comfort. For added convenience, the apartment has air conditioning, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Located on the vibrant Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira, in the heart of Porto, this apartment offers a privileged location for exploring the city. A short walk away is the iconic Rua das Flores (400 meters), which leads to Ribeira, one of the most charming neighborhoods, with stunning views of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge. Within walking distance, you can visit the Ferreira Borges Market, the Palácio da Bolsa (Stock Exchange Palace), and Avenida dos Aliados. The São Bento train and metro station, 400 meters away, offers easy access to other areas of the city. On the street itself, enjoy craft shops, jewelers, cafes, and restaurants. For those arriving by car, the Cardosas parking garage (paid) is 270 meters away. Important note: there are ongoing works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect our guests' stay. We adhere to a transparency policy to ensure the expectations of our guests are met. Our mission is to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a charge of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon consultation. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a utility limit (water, electricity, and internet/TV pack) of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow access for an inspection to the property, with monthly visits expected. We offer a transfer service that can take you directly to the apartment! You just need to request it (price upon consultation).
