The house is laid out on two floors with an adjoining staircase, this has a lockable dividing door if desired. Each floor does have its own external lockable entrance door. Although, the upstairs door is used as the main house entrance. The property has three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Your accommodation has been lovingly crafted to provide a comfortable but relaxed feel with modern finishes including high-end appliances. It offers executive living with the well-appointed main kitchen and downstairs kitchenette, a bathroom on each floor and a delightful upstairs main living space suitable for a large family and downstairs comfy lounge for the children or perhaps escaping for some quiet time. Elevated from lake level, it offers incredible views and an amazing scenic experience if you walk into town. (Great photo opportunities) A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian restaurant and bar, fish & chip shop are all within 3 minutes walk. A children's outdoor playground 8 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!
