We have a built-in convection/microwave oven, a refrigerator and freezer, separate ice maker, dishwasher, 2-burner induction stove top, an air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, and toasters. You will be able to whip up the basics, and then some, in the kitchen. There is a downtown grocery store within walking distance or a Whole Foods and Publix, both a mile away.
