We can sleep 6 guests with the following configuration: Bedroom 1 King - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 2 Queen - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 3 Twin - Sleeps 1 One full bath with bathtub and shower; one half bath with sink and toilet located in the lower level.
