Welcome to our 45 m² air-conditioned apartment, located on the 1st floor of a secure building with an elevator (if you use the elevator, there are 3 steps down to reach the apartment). For your comfort, the apartment comprises: - A living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, desk area, Smart TV Wi-Fi - A dining area with a table and chairs - A fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, washer-dryer, and kettle) - A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), storage, and Smart TV - A full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet The cleaning fee includes bed linen and fresh towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by a professional team.
