This spacious (2234 SF) condo is located on the east corner of the 17 floor and offers the most beautiful beach views from the living area and balcony. Pair that with the buildings AMAZING resort amenities and you are in for a vacation that you will never forget. This stunning beachfront unit has an open living/ dining/ kitchen floorplan for comfortable conversation, reading a good book or watching the large flat screen TV. Cooks in the family are sure to love the well-equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, gas range, and huge double-door refrigerator. You will find everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The large dining table and bar seating provides comfortable seating for 10. NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
