Enjoy its walking path, dog park, volleyball courts, botchy ball, basketball court, billiards, and table tennis, all literally beside your “Park Place” vacation rental. The kids can to play to their heart’s content in the park’s extensive playground and splash pool. The island offers a scenic golf course, marina, bike path, restaurants, and shops. You can also take a short drive to the mainland to access all of the fabulous activities and attractions offered there. From airboat rides, to the Naples Zoo, to fresh seafood dining, enjoyable adventure awaits. Regardless of how you choose to spend your time on Marco Island, you're sure to have an incredible getaway when you book this stunning vacation rental house! Our home is extensively sanitized between stays. Come and enjoy! Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
