An airy open deck awaits you with swaying trees and delightful views. A 4-seater table is provided for al-fresco meals. The inviting, elegant living area boasts a gratifying synergy of contemporary design and modern comfort. Lush sky-blue walls, dewy white furniture and rustic wooden fixtures keep the space refreshing throughout the day. A comfy seating area flanks the smart TV. Large glass sliding allows abundant sunlight. The adjoining kitchen, fitted with sleek countertops and modern cabinetry, is stocked with stainless-steel appliances such as a stove, coffee machine, cookware, oven and a refrigerator. The extended counter with barstools accommodates 3, and is perfect for sundown cocktails. The indoor dining area for 6 is made for hearty family meals. The home comfortably sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, and a smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed. THINGS TO NOTE: - To access the unit, you’ll need to go up 16 steps using the stairs on the left. - (2) Unassigned parking spaces are available. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combos; 1 of them comes with a jetted tub. - A washer/dryer is included. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
