Mountain View Cabin with Community Hiwassee River Access. This cabin is located only 15 minutes to town and the road is paved the entire way. Pet Friendly and wifi access, Bear’s Den is a beautiful cabin offering 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, 4 twins) sleeper sofa with 3 bathrooms. Dog friendly offering a large amount of decking with a gate for your pup to run around and enjoy. A side screen in porch allows for great outdoor dining or that morning cup of coffee, the sunrises are amazing. The main level living hosts a living room where you will spend your days gazing out all the glass windows. Floor to ceiling stack stone gas fireplace has a brand new smart flat screen tv with surround sound. New leather couch (pull out queen sofa) and reclining chair will have you curled up for hours with a great book. Board games for fun with the family on the gorgeous wood dining room table. The kitchen has all the modern amenities you are looking for including a regular coffee pot, Keruig and a large air fryer. Brand new grill on the screened in porch. On the same level you have a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath. Laundry facilities with a full size washer and dryer. The loft have a king size bed with amazing view to wake up to. Large screen tv and a full bath completes this level on the home. Terrace level has another living space with a couch, large screen tv, bar and sit down arcade table. Down the hall is another bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks which will allow sleeping for 4 and a bonus room with an additional queen along with another full size bathroom (Pictures coming soon) The property surrounding the cabin has plenty of room to roam and the kids can entertain themself running around the cabin. There is a fire pit and chairs available to enjoy some time by the fire. Located in the Highland Creek subdivision, the community is all paved and has an outdoor area with a large pavilion on the Hiwassee River. If you want to fish, please be sure to get a permit.
