This villa features: • Open floor plan with stylish décor and comfortable furniture • Marble floors and baths, double-height ceilings • Eight air-conditioned rooms with en suite modern bathrooms, walk-in closets, flat-screen TVs, and Blu-Ray DVDs • Expansive climate-controlled family entertainment living room with TV/DVD/iPod dock radio, opening to a covered terrace overlooking the ocean • Outdoor deck and pool with panoramic views of the golf course and Caribbean Sea • Additional movie room with 120” big-screen projector, Blu-Ray DVD, and high-fidelity surround system • Family-friendly amenities: swings, trampoline • Fully equipped granite kitchen with commercial restaurant appliances • Formal air-conditioned dining room with seating for 16 • Two service quarters bedrooms with separate kitchen, baths, and bunk beds available for staff • Full-time housekeeper, cook, and gardener RESORT FEE All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. Effective February 1, 2026: • US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older) • US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12) • Complimentary for children under 4 years old RESORT FEE / ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following: • Access to golf courses, including advance reservations at special rates • Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners • Use of towels and chaise lounges at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach • Discounts, special offers, and promotions at resort restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities • Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner’s discretion and do not include the 18% service fee or Casa de Campo resort fee. • The standard rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates.
