Like many areas near downtown Nashville, this neighborhood is in transition, with new construction alongside older properties. There are several vacant, boarded-up homes directly across the street, so the outside can look a little rough at first glance. We’ve never had any reported issues at this home, and guests regularly tell us how convenient the location is for getting around the city. There are numerous restaurants and bars within a mile of the house. Some of our favorites include Geist (great for brunch), Mother’s Ruin (cocktail bar), and Monell’s (Southern food and a Nashville staple).
