This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom. The bedroom includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • This home is a 2nd-floor walkup unit with 14 steps required. • This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. • Parking is available for up to 1 vehicle in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis. • A parking pass is required and is obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the pass. A $30 fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking pass and provides access to the community pool. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. • Portable crib available. This enviable location places you within minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
