• No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Please do not bring pets or emotional support animals. • Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. If you must smoke, please do so off-site. • Events and parties are not allowed under any circumstances. This is a quiet home and neighborhood and we are friends with the neighbors. • Children of all ages are welcome. Infants under 2 years old are also allowed—please include them in your reservation count. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep voices and noise to a minimum, especially outdoors and in shared spaces, to respect neighbors’ rest. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Ensure the number of overnight guests matches your reservation at all times. • Please store all personal items inside the home. No storage of items outside is permitted with the exception of "outside equipment" behind the fence to the right side of the house. • Be mindful of noise at all hours, especially on patios or exterior stairways, as neighboring spaces and homes may be close by. • No shoes should be worn inside the home when possible, especially on carpeted areas—thank you for helping keep things clean. • Upon check-out, please leave the home tidy. Please start a load of laundry. Additional cleaning may incur extra charges. • Treat the home gently and with respect, as you would your own. We appreciate your care and consideration for our home and neighbors. No pets are allowed at this property. We serve guests and family with allergies (sometimes very extreme) and have to do a thorough dander and hair removal process if someone brings an animal into the home. Any unauthorized animal will incur a $500 fee. Please do not bring animals into the home.
