The large windows throughout offer natural light to flood into both the living and dining areas. The unit is an upper floor unit with hardwood floors throughout. On the main level is the open kitchen, living room and dining room allowing plenty of open space for social gatherings. Cozy around the gas fireplace for game night on the large sectional or catch a movie on the large flatscreen in the living room. The dining area allows seating for 6, plus additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals, and stainless steel appliances. The home comes with two master suites, each featuring a King bed. The primary features an en-suite full bathroom, double vanity with tub/shower combo while the second master suite has access to a hallway bathroom with walk-in shower. An office desk space allows you to set up your remote work space. With private laundry you can enjoy all the comforts of home. The loft upstairs on the third level features Queen over Queen bunk beds, and a third full bathroom with tub/shower combo. This spacious floorplan allows the whole family to spread out, whilst enjoying gathering in the main room. There is a spacious private deck with gas BBQ and seating for cook outs. Snowcreek phase 5 has an outdoor year-round hot tub. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is non-smoking and pets are permitted (one dog upon approval). There are 2 steps to this unit and there are 3 levels inside, with the main living being on the second level. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
