Welcome to our pretty 22m2 studio for two people. It's ideally located close to the emblematic Champs de Mars district, between the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. Travel experience guaranteed in the chic 7th arrondissement of Paris ! Our cozy haven is located on Rue de l'Exposition, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. The neighborhood epitomizes Parisian elegance and charm. Known for its chic boutiques, refined cafes, and Haussmannian architecture, the area exudes sophistication. Renowned brands coexist with artisanal shops, offering a diverse shopping experience. The neighborhood is dotted with picturesque cafes and elegant restaurants. Majestic buildings, private mansions, and historic monuments punctuate the landscape. Nearby cultural institutions such as museums and art galleries add an artistic dimension to the refined atmosphere of this neighborhood, cherished by Parisians and travelers from around the world. Thanks to its ideal location, you will be a 5-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars, and 10 minutes from Les Invalides and the banks of the Seine River. The metro is 6 minutes from the studio, allowing you to reach other iconic sites in Paris. The space is perfectly optimized to create a warm, friendly, and harmonious atmosphere. It is a 22m² studio located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. It consists of : - A kitchen, equipped and functional: Refrigerator, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave. A washing machine is located in the kitchen. - A living area with a double bed, a sofa bench, a storage wardrobe, and a television. - A bathroom with shower, sink, towel rack, and toilet. - Storage space to organize your personal belongings. - Television and high-speed internet (WiFi). - Bed linen and towels are carefully provided by us. To the west of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the 7th arrondissement is one of the most bourgeois in Paris. It can also be called the museum district since it alone has the Musée d'Orsay, the Musée du quai Branly, the Musée Rodin, and the Musée Maillol. In addition, there are private mansions, historic monuments, luxury shops, the École Militaire, the Hôtel Matignon, the National Assembly, the Place du Palais Bourbon, and... the EIFFEL TOWER. It is undoubtedly thanks to (or because of) these luxurious monuments that it is the wealthiest district in the city. Around Rue du Bac, the pleasant Sèvres Babylone district is full of fine shops and high-end fashion boutiques. From traditional bakeries to local grocery stores, as well as clothing and decoration boutiques, everything is at your fingertips to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 proof of identity - 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school) - 1 e-mail address 1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. --- FOR CHECK-IN Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
