This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lower unit features 1 queen, 1 double, 2 twins, and a sofabed with 1 car garage parking for standard size car. Oceanfront patio with furnishings and BBQ. Everything you need is provided – including linens, just bring the fun. In unit washer/dryer, flat screen TV, DVD player and cable are provided. No smoking. No pets. 10% city tax applies to all reservations less than 31 days. $1000 security deposit is required for all reservations. A cleaning fee and a booking fee will be deducted from security deposit. This is a Friday to Friday rental during summer months. No Air-Conditioner, but fans are provided as well as the ocean breeze! 10% City Tax charged on rent amount.
