Welcome to our charming 11m2 studio in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Close to transport links and a fifteen-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, a great location for your Parisian getaway ! Eligible for mobility lease. This 11m² studio is located on the 6th floor (elevator to the 5th floor then stairs to the 6th floor). It comprises: - A fully-equipped and functional open kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, hood, kettle, washing machine... - A living area with sofa bed and TV. - Bathroom with shower, electric mirror and toilet. - Storage space for your personal belongings. - TV and broadband Internet access - Bed linen and towels provided The moody 17th arrondissement is made up of three major neighborhoods, each as different as the next: the chic, shopping district of Les Ternes; the very residential Monceau, one of the most bourgeois neighborhoods in Paris; and Les Batignolles, a popular, lively village that has been undergoing a major transformation in recent years.
