A key highlight is the 76 sq.m. heated swimming pool, allowing even younger guests to enjoy swimming safely. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, pool umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a WC. Additionally, there is a barbecue area with an outdoor dining space for up to 10 guests. On the ground floor, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room. The kitchen is designed to be functional and practical, ideal for guests who enjoy cooking. These open and spacious areas create the perfect environment for spending quality time with loved ones. Going upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering views of the garden. Going downstairs, on the same level as the road, are the remaining three bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and two armchairs-beds. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, which can be joined upon request. All three bedrooms are fitted with 43-inch TVs. All bedrooms also offer air conditioning, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and a vanity desk that can also be used as a workspace. In the basement of the villa, guests will find a treadmill, a rowing machine, a yoga mat, and a set of dumbbells.
