Sleeps 6-9 Coastal Barns at Dyers Farm is a unique stay of two beautifully converted barns opposite each other around a peaceful courtyard, with 4 private acres of meadow and orchard to explore. Perfect for families, couples, or friends, the setup offers a blend of shared outdoor space and self-contained living. The Shippon is an award-winning, two-storey barn conversion, full of character and luxurious touches. Upstairs features: A stunning super king hand-crafted bed A glass-fronted balcony with views over the courtyard A freestanding copper bathtub for indulgent soaking Downstairs is open-plan, with a stylish kitchen and dining area featuring an Aga, a comfortable lounge with TV, and a modern bathroom. Summercott, just across the courtyard, offers a modern kitchen with an island, pizza oven, and dining table – perfect for shared meals. The bright, sunny lounge has deep sofas and a log burner for cosy evenings. Great country walks to the Rock, Georgeham, Croyde and Putsborough. 2.5 Miles to the beach. The Shippon is close to some of the UK’s best beaches. Croyde is a top surf spot with golden sands, Putsborough offers a secluded beach experience, Saunton Sands is great for families, and Woolacombe boasts three miles of pristine sand. We have a few policies in place to help ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing and respectful stay: Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrivals or late check-outs are subject to availability but not guaranteed. The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We may request photo ID at check-in. No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside property. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (max 2). Dogs must stay downstairs and off the furniture, please. A put-up bed is available on request for an extra £25 per person, per night – please let us know in advance if needed. No fake tan, as it can permanently stain our bedding and towels. Damage may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.
