This unit features 1 Queen Bed on the lower level bedroom, Also a queen sleeper sofa and two Queen size beds in the upstairs Loft / Bedroom , also a Queen pullout sofa . You'll love sipping your coffee on the private patio. Our community is directly across the street from the beach. Guests will also have to purchase a parking pass for $25 if they have a car to park Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via card) at office. Parking passes are $25 per car parking.
